Mandy Deakin-Snell is a respected leader whose career spans senior executive roles in world-renowned supply chain organisations, combined with a passion for helping businesses and people grow sustainably.
As Director of International Operations at DPD UK, Mandy built award-winning teams and designed bespoke global export solutions, supporting some of the UK’s best-known retail brands in expanding their eCommerce presence worldwide. Her reputation for delivering innovative, customer-focused strategies led to her promotion as International Managing Director at Geopost Group in Paris, part of La Poste. There, she founded the group’s international division, driving technology adoption, establishing new European distribution gateways, and creating a thriving network of global leaders and teams.
In 2023, Mandy founded MDS Alignment Ltd., aligning her corporate expertise with her commitment to authentic, people-centred leadership. Through consulting, executive coaching and training, she supports organisations seeking to navigate transformative change and unlock their teams’ full potential.
In addition to running her own business, Mandy heads up the NeX Global Academy, an initiative dedicated to nurturing the next generation of supply chain and eCommerce talent, whilst also acting as a trusted advisor to ATEM Group, where she brings senior-level strategic insight to complex growth challenges.
Certified in Multiple Brain Integration Techniques (mBIT) and Master Coach in NLP, Mandy brings a neuroscience-informed, heart-led approach to leadership and decision-making, helping leaders to bridge operational excellence with personal and organisational alignment.
